I dunno how many pple will read this post but those who read this, I hope u can tink it through.
Seriously I dun want to argue anymore. I wanna say this nicely and hope tt pple will listen and understand.
I know it is a human nature tt pple would want to be in a comfort zone or turn out the way they want it to b like. However, things dun work out tt way sometimes bcoz pple may disagree to yr suggestions. Now, this is our situation and no matter wad suggestions r given, it's of no use. Not able to get everyone to cooperate is already a very big prob. This is a prob tt no one in our class can solve. If not, all this would not hav happened. Since suggestions made by us are not able to solve the problem, someone else needs to step in to deal with this matter. By approaching another person doesn't mean tt we r incapable. Since different pple tink differently, we nid this person to help us to analyse the situation and come up with the best solution to solve it. A person who is not trapped in this situation is the best to giv solution coz they can see more clearly than we do. I am not trying to abuse my authority but I nid to tink from a bigger pic. In order not to let pple be like balls, I agree to drawing lots so tt pple cannt blame anyone for the group they r in. However i choose to approach the lecturer is becoz i guess this method works best as compared to any other methods in our situation. Now, everyone is angry, upset, blaming pple, scolding and etc and therefore not rational anymore. Pple tend to add personal feelings to thoughts and speech in this kind of situation. Therefore we are not in a position to make the decision.
I am not trying to say tt wadever i do or say is right. I juz hope tt all of u can tink from a bigger pic and understand. I am also not trying to act nice coz i dun hav the need to do tt. I know a lot of pple dun like me (bcoz of my attitude, my way of doing things,etc) so wadever i say may be nonsense to u. However, I juz wanna remind u tt sometimes we oso hav to stop n look at things around us.
